L'appartamento e situato dalla parte di Buda, nella piazza "Batthyany ter", storica parte della citta. Non potrebbe esistere una collocazione migliore: il "Ponte delle catene", il Castello, il Danubio sono tutti entro i 200 metri di camminata. L'appartamento e di 52 m2 ed e al primo piano di un antico edificio romanico con un giardino con alberi e piante. La vista e sulla via "Iskola utca" e la composizione delle stanze comprende una grande e ben attrezzata cucina (con frigo, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffe, piatti, posate, tavolo e sedie), una hall con guardaroba, bagno con vasca, una stanza con soppalco e mobili antichi. Ci sono 2 divani, poltrone, molti scaffali per libri, TV satellitare, telefono e riscaldamento centralizzato.
L'edificio ha una sua reale speciale atmosfera che potrete sentire immediatamente una volta entrati. Un grande vantaggio di questo appartamento e la posizione. Potete verificare cio consultando una qualsiasi mappa della citta.
Vicini all'appartamento potrete trovare molti graziosi ristoranti con o senza spazio all'aria aperta, un Pub Irlandese, un grande supermercato e molti altri negozi. E' possibile parcheggiare la macchina di fronte alla casa oppure usare un parcheggio privato poco distante. Il trasporto pubblico e molto buono: metro, trams e la linea di treni HEV sono tutti nelle vicinanze.
Quest'area e forse la migliore di Budapest e potete chiederne conferma alle persone che hanno gia visitato la citta di Budapest.

Where is the apartment? What is the locality like?
The apartment is situated in the historical area of Budapest, on Buda side, at Batthyány Tér, just in the face of the House of Parlament. The location of this flat can't be better. The Chain bridge, the famous Buda Castle, the Danube are within 200 m by walk. The flat is on the first floor of one beautiful old Roman building, with a garden full of trees and plants. The building has a very special and romantic athmosphere. The apartment has an unique interior and if you would like to have a quiet apartment in very distinguished area and at the same time to be in the center of Budapest then we are sure this flat can fulfill your wishes and one thing more...., if you would like to wake up for the songs of the birds instead of the noise of high traffic then this place can be ideal for you.
What does the accomodation comprise of?
The flat consists of a large very well equipped kitchen( fridge, cooker, microwave -owen, toaster, coffe-machine, dishes, plates, table with chairs, etc...), a hall with wardrobes, a bathroom ( bathtub, shower, sink and toilet )and a large, well designed room with a cosy, built in, pinewood loft. The room is equipped with antique furniture. In the room there are two double beds, two sofabeds one wardrobe, two armchairs, one table, a lot of shelfs for books, Sat-Tv and phone. The apartment has a central heating system.
Any special features?
This area is maybe one of the best parts of Budapest. The flat has an unique interior. The building has a very special and romantic athmosphere, what you can feel immediately when you enter into. If you would like to have a quiet apartment in very distinguished, historical area and at the same time to be in the center of Budapest, then this flat can fulfill your wishes, and one thing more....., if you would like to wake up for the songs of the birds instead of the noise of high traffic then this place can be ideal for you.
What about public transport?
The public transportation is just perfect. You can reach the Metro, trams, buses and the HEV in the close surroundings. Close to the apartment you find public transportation to every directions. On the square there are the stops of the Red Line Metro, the tipical "sight seeing tram" which runs along the Danube, many buses, and the HEV, as well, to Szentendre and Visegrad.
What facilities are there in the vicinity of the apartment?
The location of this apartment is the greatest advantage. It is easy get to the Royal Palace and the Matthias Church by an easy walk using the stairs near of the building. There is the old Funicular close to the apartment, which brings you up to the Royal Palace and down to Chain Bridge. The famous Gellert Bath is also very cose and the other baths, like Kiraly Bath and Rudas Bath are all just a stone's throw away. There is a huge shopping center close to the house, it is easy to manage there the daily shopping, as well. Very close to the apartment there are the best local restaurants of Buda with open terraces and there is a special fish restaurant where you can taste the famous hungarian speciality, the "fish soup". From the terraces of few cafes and restaurants, there is a great view to the whole center of Budapest, the building of Parlament, the Danube and the famous Chan Bridge.
How about security?
The apartment is located in one of Budapests's most distinguished, historical areas. It's perfectly safe to stroll through the neighbourhood all night. The front gate of the house is always kept locked, and the apartment itself is fitted with a special lock for your added security and peace of mind.
